Shipping & Returns

Returns Policy

We understand that sometimes things don't fit just right so you may return most clothing and swimwear within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.  All items returned for refund or exchange must be returned in the original condition with tags attached (unless faulty). Please ensure all returned clothing items are free from marks, stains and rips as they may not be accepted for return if received damaged (unless faulty). We also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

Towels: Towels can be returned if it is unused and in its original condition with all tags attached and bag included. Soiled items will not be accepted for return and will be returned to you at your own expense.

Note: Personalised towels can not be returned unless defective or faulty. No change of mind exchanges, returns or refunds on these items.

Swimwear: Swimwear can be returned if it is unworn, and in its original condition with all tags and protection stickers attached. We recommend trying on swimwear over underwear as soiled items will not be accepted for return and will be returned to you at your own expense.

Wetsuits: When returning wetsuits it must be folded to avoid damage and be 100% unused so no sand, salt water for sunscreen contamination. Badly creased wetsuits may not be accepted for return unless faulty.

Sunscreen & Tanning Products: These products can be returned if they are NOT opened or tested in any way. The content seals and packaging must be in tact in all instances.

You should expect to receive your refund within one weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (2 to 5 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (1 to 3 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (2 to 5 business days).

Delays in estimated shipping happens from time to time and orders will not be refunded in such instances where shipping is delayed by the carrier.

Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Swimshark will use the most effective carrier to get your order to you safely and quickly and a signature maybe required upon receipt of your order. Please consider the delivery address you choose for your order to ensure it can be received by you. If your delivery is missed it's the purchaser's responsibility to arrange redelivery or collection with the carrier directly.

- Tasmania, Western Australia & Northern Territory- 5-7 Days
